This project delivers a modern architectural solution for a single-story family house, with a clearly defined layout and a strong emphasis on orientation, daylight access, and spatial flow.

The centrally located entrance on the north façade leads into a hallway that connects all key areas of the home.

Project Highlights:

• Living room and open-plan kitchen with dining area on the southeast and south sides
• Two children’s bedrooms and one master bedroom positioned on the southwest and southeast sides
• Master bedroom features a private bathroom and a walk-in closet
• Efficient and comfortable layout prioritizing natural light, privacy, and user-friendly flow
